• Shipping & Logistics Policy | Olipure Global
  • 1. General Overview
  • This Shipping & Logistics Policy applies to all international commercial transactions, containerized shipments, and bulk commodity exports executed by Olipure Global (the export division of Sbuk Agro). All shipping operations adhere strictly to ICC Incoterms 2020 rules.
  • 2. Standard International Trade Terms (Incoterms)
  • Unless otherwise explicitly defined in the formal Sales Contract / Proforma Invoice (PI), Olipure Global executes shipments under two primary terms:
  • FOB (Free on Board – Named Port of Origin): Olipure Global handles inland transport, export customs clearance, lab certifications, and port handling up to the point of container loading onto the vessel at the designated Indian port (e.g., Mundra or Nhava Sheva). Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the container is loaded on board.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight – Named Destination Port): Olipure Global arranges sea freight and ocean marine insurance to the buyer’s designated port of entry. The buyer remains responsible for destination port unloading, local customs clearance, import tariffs, and inland transport.
  • 3. Order Lead Times & Dispatch Schedules
  • Production & Processing Lead Time: Standard container dispatches require 10 to 15 business days following receipt of the agreed payment instrument (Confirmed L/C or T/T advance deposit).
  • Private Labeling / Custom Packaging: Initial orders requiring custom artwork, OEM printing, or specialized consumer pouches require an additional 5 to 7 business days for packaging fabrication.
  • Vessel Booking & Transit: Estimated Transit Times (ETA) provided in quotes are estimates given by shipping lines and are subject to ocean carrier schedule changes, port congestion, and transshipment delays.
  • 4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Container Loading
  • Our standard export shipping unit is 1 x 20ft Full Container Load (FCL) (approx. 24 Metric Tons for loose-stuffed bags or 20–22 Metric Tons for palletized cargo).
  • Break-bulk or partial container loads (LCL) are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional handling fees.
  • 5. Export Documentation & Quality Inspection
  • Every container shipment is dispatched with standard export documentation issued at origin:
  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List
  • Clean On-Board Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (Plant Quarantine)
  • Certificate of Origin (Issued by Chamber of Commerce / Authorized Authority)
  • FSSAI / In-house Quality Analysis Report
  • Optional: Third-party pre-shipment inspection certificates (SGS, Intertek, Geo-Chem) can be provided upon request at the buyer’s cost.
  • 6. Import Clearance & Destination Liabilities
  • Customs & Duties: The buyer is strictly responsible for ensuring that the ordered commodity complies with the import laws, quotas, and health regulations of the destination country. All import duties, VAT, local inspection fees, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Demurrage & Detention: Olipure Global is not liable for demurrage, storage, or detention charges accrued at the destination port due to buyer delays in customs clearance, delayed presentation of original shipping documents, or local regulatory holds.
  • 7. Force Majeure & Shipping Delays
  • Olipure Global shall not be held liable for failure or delay in shipment performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, ocean carrier cancellations, port strikes, trade embargoes, government export bans, or major maritime route disruptions.
  • 8. Freight Claims & Damage Procedures
  • All cargo is inspected and sealed in sound condition prior to port dispatch.
  • In the event of container damage or cargo loss during sea transit under CIF terms, claims must be filed immediately against the marine insurance policy using the Certificate of Insurance provided in the shipping document set.
  • For FOB shipments, transit claims must be filed directly by the buyer with their nominated freight forwarder / ocean carrier.
