Supply and product quality
Every shipment is processed using automated cleaning, de-stoning, and precision milling infrastructure at Sbuk Agro. All consignments undergo lab testing for moisture, gluten levels, and ash content to meet destination-country import specifications before container loading.
Yes. We provide official Phytosanitary Certificates, FSSAI compliance, and Certificates of Origin with every shipment. On request, we arrange independent third-party pre-shipment inspections through SGS, Intertek, or Geo-Chem at the loading port.
Orders, MOQ & Private Labeling
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1 x 20ft Full Container Load (FCL), which holds approximately 21 Metric Tons (loose-stuffed bags) or 20–22 Metric Tons (palletized)
Yes. We offer end-to-end custom packaging and private labeling. We print your brand artwork, logo, and required regional nutritional disclosures on 5 kg, 10 kg, or 25 kg consumer packs.
Bulk orders are packed in 25 kg, 50 kg, or 50 lbs Woven Polypropylene (PP) bags with Polyethylene (PE) inner moisture liners to protect product integrity during long ocean transits.
Shipping, Logistics & Trade Terms
We primarily trade under FOB (Mundra or Nhava Sheva Port, India) and CIF (Destination Port specified by the buyer). Custom terms can be discussed for long-term contract partners.
Standard dispatch timelines are from our manufacturing unit 2 days port dispatch 5 days following contract confirmation and receipt of the agreed payment instrument. Custom private-label bag printing may add 5–7 days to the initial production run.
Our wheat flours (Whole Wheat Atta and Refined Maida) maintain an optimal shelf life of 9 to 12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions with intact PE inner liners.
Commercial Terms & Payment
We accept Irrevocable, Confirmed Letter of Credit (LC at Sight) from prime international banks, or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with an advance deposit and balance paid against scanned shipping documents (Bill of Lading)
Yes. We supply sample packs for quality evaluation, laboratory testing, and dough testing. Samples are dispatched via DHL/FedEx, with courier costs adjusted against the initial commercial contract.
